What this site is
When a new model or feature ships, we read the announcement and the coverage and explain what actually changes for you. When a tool is worth using, we write down the steps from setup to a checked result.
Many English posts are adapted from our Korean edition, rewritten for readers outside Korea rather than translated line by line.
What we cover
Posts are grouped by topic. Each card opens that topic.
- AI NewsWhen ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and the rest get a new model or feature, what actually changes for you.
- IssuesPrice changes, new rules and security incidents, and what they mean for the people using these services.
- ComparisonsFor when you can’t decide between two services or plans: what each costs, what it’s good at and where it falls short.
- Beginner's GuidesNew to AI? Start here. Signing up, setting things up and asking good questions, one step at a time.
- Vibe Coding GuidesBuilding an app with AI and stuck? Git, deploying, databases, login and connecting a domain, explained simply.

How a post is made
Posts are put together in this order.
Sources
We only write what we can confirm in the original announcement, the official documentation or reliable reporting. Every post ends with a “Sources” list linking what we used.
Editorial review
We don’t repeat rumors. Prices and figures carry the date we checked them, and won amounts come with an approximate US dollar figure.
From the author’s desk
Each post ends with a short practical note from the author, drawn from his work building and running web services.
If you spot a mistake, please tell us through the contact form. We fix confirmed errors and note in the post what changed.
Who runs this site
ITDeok is run by Dave Kim, a web developer. He has built and run web services, designed secure networks for companies, and written technical content about Microsoft products, and each post ends with a short “From the author’s desk” note drawn from that work. His background and all his posts are on the author page.
